What professional standards mean here
Supply and specification
We start with the building, not the brochure. Hot-water demand, roof or utility space, ambient conditions and existing electrical capacity determine which unit is correct. You receive a written specification naming the model, capacity and expected performance before anything is ordered.
Installation and commissioning
Units are mounted on vibration-isolating bases, pipework is insulated and clipped to standard, and electrical protection is sized for the compressor. At commissioning we log water temperatures, refrigerant pressures and current draw, then hand you the readings with the electrical certificate.
Service, repair and maintenance
A heat pump loses efficiency quietly: dirty coils, a tired fan, a marginal gas charge. Annual servicing catches those early. When something does fail, we diagnose the actual fault — compressor, PCB, sensor, valve or leak — and quote the repair in writing before we start.
